Our Story
Faustine Schricke, a French woman who has lived in Bali for the past 12 years, manages VILLA INSPECTOR BALI, a trademark of PT Bintang Terbang Bali.

Her main purpose in starting this company during the Pandemic was to ensure that her clients' villas are well-cared for, especially while they are left empty and without Western experience in villa inspections and maintenance to rely on.
Bali has been my home for 12 years. At that time, I built and operated Villa Conti (www.villacontibali.com), one of the island's most luxurious homes.
I oversaw architectural planning, engineering, construction, exquisite interior design, and staff training.
This approach sparked my interest in detail and precision. The end result was exemplary meeting European standards.
I learned the necessity of tropical villa maintenance.
